We are a small team that prefers clear responsibilities and direct communication. The person discussing the work understands what happens on site, and the people carrying out the work understand the wider plan for the kitchen.
Daniel grew up near High Wycombe and started working around residential renovations before specialising more closely in kitchen projects. He is particularly interested in solving awkward layouts and is the person most likely to ask where you keep your pans, recycling and everyday groceries before discussing finishes.
Michael is from Uxbridge and has spent much of his working life on residential improvement jobs across West and North London. He has a careful eye for sequencing work and is known within the team for checking access, protection and practical site details before the first major stage begins.
Sophie grew up in Amersham and joined the team after working on interior finishing and cabinetry projects around Buckinghamshire. She focuses on the visible details of a kitchen, including alignment, handles, trims and the places where different finishes meet.
We start by understanding why you are changing the kitchen. That might be a lack of storage, worn finishes, poor movement through the room or simply a kitchen that no longer suits the rest of the home. Once the priorities are clear, we shape the scope around them instead of adding unnecessary work.
During the project, Daniel oversees the bigger picture while Michael focuses on site progress and Sophie keeps a close eye on finishing details. Keeping the team small makes it easier for us to communicate decisions consistently from the first conversation through to the final checks.
